Accommodation, travel, transport, and MSA membership are not included.

Workshops are included in the full conference registration fee and in the Wednesday 11 March day registration fee. Please note that RSVP is mandatory. If "Not attending" is selected, workshop attendance will not be possible, as catering and seating are finalised based on confirmed numbers.

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing to kim@londocor.co.za. Cancellations received by 12 January 2026, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received from 13 January 2026, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. All refunds will be processed after the conference, subject to approval by the Organising Committee, which reserves the right to decline refund requests.
